Instructions
  1. Mayonnaise, crème frâiche og dijon sennep, røres sammen til en pæn konsistens og krydres med rosen-paprika, salt og peber.
  2. Rejerne afdryppes for væde og skæres i grove stykker.
  3. Rødløg pilles og finthakkes.
  4. Purløg fintklippes, peberrod rives og det hele tilsættes crèmen og omrøres.
  5. Ragouten stilles i køleskab.
